Energy evaluation services are performed using a BOCA Group tool that has evolved from energy measurements of hundreds of elevators. The evaluation tool was designed to determine elevator/escalator energy consumption and to provide a comparison to alternative energy-reducing upgrades.
Once the evaluation is completed, BOCA Group provides a report summarizing our findings regarding energy consumption and possible ideas for reduction. If the local rebate is available, BOCA Group can assist with this estimate as well as the filing of necessary paperwork. In some instances, BOCA Group has achieved rebates and electrical reductions that have saved our clients tens of thousands of dollars!
