BOCA Group is the elevator consultant on the modernization project of The Lyric, a luxury residential building located in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Standing 20 stories tall with approximately 285 residential units, the building is located at 255 West 94th Street and is undergoing a comprehensive modernization of its three traction elevators. 

Currently in the early stages of the project, BOCA Group has recently completed an elevator survey to assess the existing systems. As the project progresses, the team is exploring other BOCA Group services, including ASCEND Cab Studios and Energy Evaluations Services. 

ASCEND Cab Design utilizes BOCA Group’s engineering expertise and design capabilities to customize elevator cab interiors. Through Energy Evaluation Services, BOCA Group assesses elevator and escalator energy consumption and helps apply for NYSERDA energy rebates.
